iOSI Live

Overview
This project started from the need to transform an existing web platform into a native mobile experience for iOS, while maintaining consistency, usability, and alignment with Apple’s interface guidelines. The main goal was not simply to replicate the web experience on a smaller screen, but to rethink key flows for a mobile context, considering screen limitations, user behavior, information hierarchy, and interaction patterns.

Process
The main challenge was adapting existing web flows to a native mobile experience. This required reviewing information hierarchy, simplifying interactions, and prioritizing what users needed at each step of the journey.
Because the product was part of a larger ecosystem, consistency was also a key concern. The interface needed to feel aligned with other products from the same company, avoiding fragmentation across applications while still respecting the specific needs of the mobile experience.
Throughout the process, I worked on restructuring the design system, documenting design decisions, mapping usability issues, and validating interface alternatives through research, A/B testing, and usability tests.
Challenges
Adapting web-based flows to a mobile-first experience
Reorganizing content for smaller screens
Avoiding a direct copy of the web interface
Maintaining consistency across multiple applications
Aligning the interface with iOS design guidelines
Identifying and addressing accessibility issues
